Google has updated this process a few times in the last couple of years, so in case you need it, here is how to add a new user to a Google Business Profile.

  1. Sign in to Google My Business: Go to https://www.google.com/business/ and sign in with your Google account credentials.
  2. Select Your Business: If you manage multiple businesses, select the one you want to share access to by clicking the “See your profile” button.


3. Click the three dots next to “Profile Strength” (below)

4. Click “Business Profile settings”



5. Select “People and access” (below)

6. Invite New User: Click on the “Add” icon.



7. Enter Email Address.

8. Choose Role: Choose the role you want to assign to the user: MANAGER. Make sure to select the appropriate role based on the level of access you want to grant.

9. Send Invitation: Click on “Invite.”

10. Accept Invitation: The invited user will receive an email invitation. They need to accept the invitation by clicking on the link in the email and following the instructions.

11. Access Granted: Once the invited user accepts the invitation, they will have access to manage your Google Business Listing according to the role you assigned.
